RESERVATION CANCELLATION TERMS
The product and/or service subject to this agreement is categorized under Article 15/g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts as a “contract regarding the use of leisure time for accommodation, entertainment, or recreation, to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period.” Therefore, it is not subject to the Right of Withdrawal. The VISITOR acknowledges and undertakes from the beginning that they are aware of this and will not claim the Right of Withdrawal.
In the event of cancellations, Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) will deduct certain percentages from the total cost of the services indicated in the travel agreement to cover the arrangements and expenses incurred. These percentages are as follows:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa); non-written notifications will not be accepted.
The prepayment made at the time of reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
If the reservation is canceled 30–60 days before the trip, the visitor must pay 30% of the total trip cost.
If the reservation is canceled 0–29 days before the trip, the visitor must pay 100% of the total trip cost.
If the customer, by their own decision, pays the full cost of the villa/apartment/flat to Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) (via EFT, bank transfer, cash, or single credit card payment), and cancels up to 30 days before check-in, 30% of the paid amount will be non-refundable. The remaining 65% will be refunded to the bank account you provide. Any transaction/transfer costs will also be deducted, as 30% has already been transferred to the villa/apartment/flat owner as a prepayment.
In case of reservation cancellations, any financial damages, commission fees, or similar charges incurred or to be incurred due to EFT, bank transfer, or credit card refunds and charged to Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) by the Turkish government, banks, or payment processors will be deducted from the refund.
If, for any reason, the reservation is canceled unilaterally by Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa), the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment available for the same dates in our portfolio, it will be offered to the customer. If the customer does not approve and the situation is not classified under “force majeure,” the amount paid will be refunded. Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from such cancellations, including but not limited to: airplane or bus tickets, rental cars, boats, transfers, hotel/pension bookings, or any related costs, including expired permits issued by private companies or government institutions. The customer renting the villa/apartment accepts this in advance.
If the VISITOR fails to pay the required compensation, Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) may legally demand this amount via formal notice or enforcement proceedings. All related costs (lawyer, notary, court, enforcement fees, etc.) will be added to the total and demanded from the VISITOR.
