Distance Sales and Service Agreement

1. Parties

• This agreement is made between LAGUNA GROUP TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and the customer.

2. Subject

• This agreement regulates the conditions of services or reservations purchased online.

3. Nature of the Service

• COM is an intermediary platform.
• Connects customers with providers of property, yacht, boat, vehicle, transfer, tour, and similar services.
• The Company is not a direct service provider.

4. Formation of Contract

• Agreement is deemed accepted when the customer completes the reservation or service request.

5. Price and Payment

• Deposit may be requested.
• Price may be stated during ordering.
• Payment may be collected upon entry or at the beginning of service.
• Payments allowed via online systems, bank transfer, or legal methods in Turkey.
• Provider fees and commissions may apply.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• Customer may withdraw before the service starts.
• Withdrawal terms depend on the provider's rules.
• No withdrawal once the service has begun.

7. Liability

• Company only responsible for intermediary services.
• Provider is responsible for actual service performance.
• Disputes resolved between provider and customer.

8. Force Majeure

• Includes natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes.
• May suspend obligations of both parties.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governed by Turkish Law.
• Jurisdiction: İzmir Courts and Execution Offices.
