RESERVATION CANCELLATION TERMS
The product and/or service subject to this agreement falls under Article 15/g of the Distance Sales Regulation as a “contract related to the use of leisure time for accommodation, entertainment, or recreation to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.” Therefore, it is not subject to the Right of Withdrawal. The VISITOR acknowledges and undertakes from the beginning that they are aware of this situation and will not request the Right of Withdrawal.
In the event of cancellation, Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) will deduct certain percentages from the total cost of the services stated in the travel agreement to cover the precautions and expenses incurred. These percentages are determined as follows:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa); notifications not made in writing will not be accepted.
The prepayment sent at the initial stage of the reservation is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
If the reservation is canceled 30 to 60 days before the travel start date, the visitor must pay 30% of the total cost.
If the reservation is canceled 0 to 29 days before the travel start date, the visitor must pay 100% of the total cost.
If the customer voluntarily pays the full amount for the villa/apartment/flat to Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) (via EFT, bank transfer, cash, or single credit card transaction), and if they cancel the reservation up to 30 days before the stay, 30% of the amount paid will be non-refundable. The remaining 65% will be refunded to the account number provided by the customer. Transfer fees will also be deducted from this amount, as 30% of the payment was made in advance to the villa/apartment/flat owner.
In case of reservation cancellations, any financial losses, commission fees, or costs arising or to arise from the refund transactions made via EFT, wire transfer, or credit card and charged to Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) by the Republic of Turkey, the banks, or card institutions will be deducted from the refund amount.
If, for any reason, Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) unilaterally cancels the reservation, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment available for the same dates in our portfolio, it will be offered to the customer. If the customer does not approve the alternative and the situation is not considered under “force majeure,” the amount received will be refunded. Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa) shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any damages resulting from cancellations made by the agency. The agency cannot be held liable for pre-purchased plane tickets, bus tickets, rental cars, boats, transfer services, hotel or pension accommodation fees, or any related expenses including expired permits obtained from private companies or government institutions. The customer who rents the villa/apartment accepts this in advance.
If the VISITOR fails to pay the required compensation, this amount may be legally collected from the VISITOR through a formal notice or enforcement proceedings by Nintu Travel Tourism Agency (Vira Villa). All expenses that may arise in such cases (lawyer, notary, enforcement, file fees, etc.) will be added to the payable amount and demanded from the VISITOR.
